Whoa! Wait... let's consider a few things first...
First of all, Philippine Jeepney is not really something you encounter very often as a 3D model. While there are several available in the Trimble 3D warehouse which look kinda good but the interiors are pretty much meh and might not be appropriate for your purpose. There are several models available in Turbo-Squid but at US$80 I don't think I can justify purchasing it for something I'd probably use for maybe 1 to 2 times...
Now that I realized it, there really isn't a decent model of Jeepney that is both detailed and fully free for everyone. This could be a chance to fill in a very niche demand...

"BUT" I would like something in return... in fact, this might be one of those few rare times I'm gonna ask something in return but allow me to justify why...
To ensure that the model will be totally free and can be release in a license that can be described as "Use it for whatever purpose it may serve best because I don't care anymore"... I have to painstakingly and manually model the thing from scratch using only Googled Images which is not easy considering there isn't any detailed blueprint of a Philippine Jeepney that is freely available online. The screenshots you see here are the result of 6 hour WIP which is way more that the comfortable amount of time I usually allocate on free projects daily.
Most models that are free doesn't have good interior or even detailed under structure...
Once done, the model will be available to the public... to everyone, the license will be FREE for WHATEVER, Modification is OK, even good for commercial projects... and yes, you will get your Backgrounds and more...
And all of the above is taking a bit of toll on my sanity because I have to research each and every single thing that comes with a Philippine Jeepney because it's been years since the last time I rode a Jeepney
So what is the thing I'm asking for in return for all of this?
See my avatar?... That's me... and I want you to draw me in the most fabulous way possible!... I would leave it to your imagination and your own drawing style. But it has to be 8.5" width by 11" high at 300dpi so I can have it printed and framed in my office... remember, the theme is " FABULOUS!" Don't forget to include the Red Aloha Shirt, the fabulous long hair and the Mustache... without them it's not me
Or alternately, if the task of drawing me in the most fabulous way is way too much for you to handle, just send enough money to cover a Large Starbucks Frapucchino through my Paypal account (PM me) and we're even... I will understand that not everyone can draw
