The download is called "Bnzsy Stock Image Pack.zip", Googling that name leads to a youtube account (Bnzsy) linking to the same download but with the text:
I did not make these images myself there just some images i found on google and ive collected through the month!

I recommend against using these. There's no way of determining whether any of the images are actually public domain or Creative Commons, and the original distributor doesn't give any sort of guarantee about this.
Use at your own risk, and definitely don't use any of this for games you're planning to do commercially.

Yeah, I did some reverse image searching, and I found a good few appearing on pixiv and other sites with no indication that they're allowed for any kind of use.
