Free website layouts

#1 Post by Kami » Tue Jul 16, 2013 4:58 pm

Hi guys, I am a programmer and I had few website templates that I made and have no intention to use it so I thought I may share them here.

Tutorials:
  • How to bring your website online: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aaQPB01_bvE
This video explains how to bring a simple HTML website online on free hosting services.
  • How to edit HTML files/ Understanding HTML (coming soon)
They were made for a single purpose so they may not contain whole definition (like they may miss tables that match style or maybe too few headers) you are free to tweak them as you wish, however, if you wish to use them but you have no idea how to add additional components, let me know and I will be able to help you.

I would be grateful if you keep copyright at the bottom of the page, but I won't be massively upset if you decide to remove it.

They are themed differently so just change pictures you wish to use.

This one was simply created out of boredom:

This one was created as a campaign to stop smoking:

This one was created for my university assignment, shop:

That's very generous of you! I made a few sites in one of my college courses, though very, very basic ones, and feel I might be able to edit these. I have no problem keeping your copyright on it, since you designed it. :3 I don't know if I will put it up on the web-- gotta look into some free web hosting that allows you to have your own code-- but thank you for posting these.

From my research this host is best free option for small website: http://www.biz.nf/web-hosting.php
It gives 250MB of webspace and 5GB bandwith which is more than enough for a small website.

However, I saw post where guys offer free hosting with subdomain for all visual novels: http://lemmasoft.renai.us/forums/viewto ... 13&t=14350

I am not sure if it is needed, but I could make a tutorial on how to bring a website online, though I already assume that who needs it will know about it. Let me know if anyone would be interested in hat kind tutorial.

Thanks for the info! I think people would appreciate the tutorial, I know I would. :) I used WinSCP at my college but haven't really done much with websites since then.

Wow, these are actually pretty badass layouts, they look very professional too. I'm surprised to find that lying around for free, thanks! Now i probably won't have to code much of it myself when the time comes to make my own website :D (I was never a huge fan of CSS nor JQuery coding myself personally)
