Free effected(?) backgrounds! (CC-BY-3.0)

Everyday, I manage to whip up some backgrounds using random effects from Photoshop and my own shading/stuff. I am not sure if these can be in any use for a game... but I guess I will post them anyway (:
All backgrounds are 640x400 and are saved as .jpg format.












What you can do to the pictures:
-Resize the images
-Add stuff/Remove stuff.

Notes:
-The pictures can be used for anything.
-Credit me (Viobli) if used.

A new background will be updated if I make some more ^^
Feedback on how to improve these backgrounds is also appreciated

That red one remeber blood... scary!

Anyway, thank you for posting these backgrounds, I'm sure that someone will think them useful, I mean, them are good for “utopian” things, like cutscenes of travel inside someone's mind or things that don't exist and requires a lot of imagination.

Yup that was my intention when making it (although it didn't turn out as bloody as I thought...) I do hope someone will be able to use them, I use them frequently for other types of pictures thus I tend to create a LOT of them. (Unfortunately, I'm no good at creating realistic rooms and buildings and all that... or maybe I can, I just haven't tried yet <.>) Hopefully I can make decent enough sprites and then post them here as well... but for now, just these backgrounds ^^''
