Female Sprite Made Using ComiPo

#1 Post by sempersapiens » Mon Sep 22, 2014 4:51 pm

I've been experimenting with using the program Manga Maker ComiPo to create sprites! So this isn't my art at all, I can't draw - I'm just arranging and editing the resources that come with that program and its expansions.

What their website says about copyright:
We do not make any copyright claims to the comics you create using ComiPo!. However, you may not claim any copyright to any visual representation such as characters included in ComiPo!.
So basically they don't own it but neither do I. I'm not sure if that makes it really "creative commons" or not. But anyway, without further ado, here's the sprite I made!

She has six expressions, and I can easily edit them or add more if anyone's interested. I'll probably make more sprites later too - ComiPo makes it super easy.

I never actually thought of this as a use for the program.

This could be a great way to hash out some short stories in a month or two.

If I were to use any characters made from Comipo comercially, I'd probably buy a copy of the program before publishing.
