I don't know a lot of VNs that really use world maps, but hey.
The details will have to be filled in manually. I know there are at least a few symbol/brush sets that are free-to-use floating around DA and the Cartographer's Guild. Also keep in mind that you can rearrange the islands and ponds to make unique shapes.

Oh, this is so neat! World maps have always been tricky for me, despite the fact that I make needlessly elaborate worlds, lol. Thanks so much for sharing!
