If you mean you can't use it coz you don't have photoshop, I think most programes can open psd files just fine, like paint tool SAI and firealpaca (firealpaca is free and you can download it

Thanks King-sama but my case is different.
My internet download manager got deleted. TT-TT
It can only download those .rar files. :3
But it can't download programs. Huhu~ My laptop sucks.
I prefer you make some expressions and make it a .png file if that's okay? :3
I may use your sprites with that format.

...upgrade to new windows? I am not sure how old is your windows, but you can find the upgrade in the internet for free -->

Also, you can download download managers in the internet for free, too. There shouldn't be a problem in downloading it, I guess..
