I like the colors in the doll one. (: Her body language indicates to me that she is defeated + hopeless.
Oh damn never noticed anyone posting here -_- I should check here more often... sorry about that. honestly that last work... it kinda pains me look at it haha I was too lazy to fix some parts and there are a number of mistakes I can easily point out, hope I do a better job next time, but thanks for the support!
in the meantime, I'm gonna upload my last work... I rather upload my colored works so there are a number of sketches that are never gonna make it on this page.
I tried to experiment with this work as well... when for a bright background...

I like the bright background! It makes the whole piece pop, and lets the darker subject stand out, and it's not eye-searing.

Oh, I'm glad I check the forums faster this time lol, well hearing that in encouraging, I'm not sure if that's usable for Visual novels tho, would make a decent Main Menu art I guess? Or at least I hope!

It would be great Main Menu art, and it could also work well for promotional art or promo art. Not all games have those, especially if they're smaller, but a style like this would work if you do decide to go that route. c:

Another work that I'm not sure what to do with... should I stop? should I colour it? for now, I will call it a WiP and see how it goes!

Oh well... it's been a while, the improvement is so freaking slow as I'm not drawing that much ... 1 work per month is my normal pace!
