There is not much I can really contribute here. But I would like to say that on the "scrapped designs" where you have drawn the two figurers using the body shape template, it is very nice.

Your art is beautiful. =D I really like the style and color combinations. I'm afraid I cannot give very useful critique, as your pictures are above my skill level, but I think the mouth in the second picture looks odd. To me, it looks better in the sketch version; it might be because it is too far apart from the nose. The eyes and eyebrows could also be a bit more symmetric.
The third picture looks a little different but I also like the style and the shading is very interesting. I would say that one and the first two have a few issues regarding the characters' hands, but all the others look good so it's obvious you have already improved on that matter. I should be jealous, I can never draw hands...

I'm assuming this one is the most recent, since it's at the top, so...
Other stuff:
- Your choices of shading colors are pretty dull, such as in "Charon2." You can definitely push values a lot more than that. Normally, I would block out the colors first with a large brush size and then go into detail.
Specific to that image:
- Make sure to make use of curves and such in order to create an illusion of form, such as on her legs.
- Her nose is too high up.
Nitpicking:
- I think her legs fit normal proportions, I think she looks better with slightly longer legs.
- While her shirt's ruffles can work like that, it looks a tad bit strange.
Also, I dunno why you're uploading in .JPG, but I would suggest .PNG to make it much more appealing to the eye/retain quality!

Thanks for the critique and the comments!
I'm trying to draw a lot to get better and critiques are usually very helpful. Details are always hard for me, especially facial ones for some reason. Also I'm struggling with clothes since wrinkles are hard to draw... Practise practise practise!
P.S. The pictures aren't really in any specific order, I just put them there randomly from my photobucket.

It's been a while since I posted anything. Here's a WIP of a character sprite, could someone give me some critique or advice on how to make it better? I'm still working on it but I thought it would be better to ask for help now rather than after sinking even more hours into it. Do the colours (especially the skin) look too dull? If so, how can I fix it? Does the face look okay? What about the hair and the clothes?
