It's been awhile, I think! So an update on this thread is probably a good idea.
I've been trying out some new things with my art, trying to break out from the animanga style (while still drawing animanga characters

) and move around a bit.
Anyway, I'm really pleased with these.

Are you going to try a more realistic style (going by the second piece)? Do post more, I love seeing animanga characters drawn realistically!

Yes, that is Takao! And yes, I will attempt more pieces in that style, but probably not too often, since I'm still experimenting (read: messing around) with my art, but I will post them once I do attempt something the style again! TY for your comment!

I think you're good at drawing expression. And I like your color choice so much. I prefer the OC you drew on the second post, though. I really like that

But, overall, it's really nice. Keep doing it.

More drawings, only the first one is new and the everything after it is from a few months ago, but nevertheless, it is something I can do, so I might as well put them here. I don't really dislike them, so why not? Yes, it's everything-above-the-waist-and-nothing-below-it hour. OTL

Thanks!! TBH... Daiya is life... Although it's super long, it's one of my favourite mangas of all time, I think more people should check it out. Narumiya is my #1!!

You work so well with such a different variety of colour schemes! Like, fluro and also muted, realistic colours. It's very impressive.
