How can I color this right?

Their are times where I get it, and time that I don't. Up to this point, *simple* Cell shading is something I have quite a difficulty in

I need some advice from line - art all the way to the coloring. The skin was an attempt of something I learned that I wanted to try

It would do me a lot of help if you also color and line-art it. I can learn a lot looking at a final product and maybe the process its been done

I'm a mouse user btw and I use paint tool sai.

* I cant upload more than 800X px and currently I'm quite lazy to resize it

It actually looks great. You're worried about nothing. You're on the right track, just keep coloring and shading like that.

The shadow of the hair seems a little large. The neck also looks fully in shadow, I feel like it would have a non shadowed part somewhere.

You can give it a gradient so it has more originality or "your own touch" to it
