by the way i am planning on releasing a game with chibi as a sprite
i need someone to critique my art and also point where i need to fix soo it could look more good!
You will notice the chibi i made here are similar to fairy tail character(Afterall i tried to drew them soo they could look a lot more like fairy tail character i tried my best to drew them to look like these)

Lol i don't know how it could became like this i actualy intend to make it look like a jock with tough look face but instead it became like a cute flirty guy <._.>
Uh.. i draw this one too fast it seem... because of that it result on the image became ugly

but drawing a full character is soo hard
then i decide to draw a chibi.

1. Welcome to the forum!
2. Chill out with the multi-coloured text

4. Pick the light source, and imagine where the light will hit the character and where the shadows are from that, think in 3D.
Rinima gave you pretty good advice, allow me to add something else:
Try to give more variety to your lines: they all have the same thickness, so they feel pretty plain. Try to make thicker lines on more volumetric areas of the characters.
Artist and voice actor, trying to actually write stuff.

Quick example: look at how her eyes have different lines, or how the hair has thicker lines in the more dense areas while the end of the hair is thinner. It's also more obvious in her trousers (and the strips surrounding them).
