Can you point out what is wrong with our character? !!Advice Needed!!

Hi good folks!

Me and my team are working on an WW2 era romantic visual novel.

We are having second thoughts with one young female character (in the image below), but fail to pinpoint how to further develop the character. Could you help us?
She is a young aristocrat and a playful personality.

Is it the thinner lines? on the facial area or something with the hands?
How would you improve the character? All suggestions and help is very much appreciated

I think the issue might be simpler then you think.
I'd say that her face looks a bit weird as her eyes are pointing in opposite directions.
The hand and waist shape could use some more work, and I'm not sure if the texture on her dress matches your style. As the rest of the characters have simple coloring with no textures.

I don't know, but playful usually is coveyed through poses for me. Yeah, she got that playful smile down but her pose speaks to me more elegant then playful. (Very reserved.) Maybe you can tweak the pose a little so she can be reserved and a little playful?
