Hi. I don't really know how I've gone all these years without posting anything in Lemma Soft's art forum.
I've been doing art for the visual novel I'm working on.
It's quite loose and the style varies quite a bit. Sometimes it feels hit or miss, and it certainly isn't up to professional standards or anything like that.
But I thought I'd post on here because I just drew a new picture that's more pixely and I'm interested by it.
It was fun and quick to do and it feels kind of nostalgic for me.
I was wondering what you think of it.
Here's the completed picture and line-work.
The file size is so small because of the minimalism and limited color pallet!
To me, it feels like an old visual novel that's experiencing glitches, but still seems somewhat appealing.
What do you think of this more minimalistic, pixely art style?

I did a background and I'm liking the look.

For reference, here's the same city done in the other style.
