These was a great advices! Sometimes there's something odd with my drawing but I just can't see neither fix it xD
I'll try to make understructure from now on (hope it'll be better!)

Anyways, my main critique here would be that his eyes are too far apart, as well as being uneven. Infact, I think his entire face would benefit from some careful proportionning.



As you see in the above image, the eyes are the width of one eye apart.

Also, although this is mostly a matter of personal preference, I think his face is too angular. Especially around the jaw.

Ah and it's not much but I...quick sketch(?) and colored some pic of Len Kagamine (Vocaloid)
It took 10-15 min for the rabbit ear one (it's a thanks gift coz someone liked my ugly drawing lolol)
15-25 for the blue hood one
and maybe 25 or 30 min for the one with kaito doll

Lotsa advice:
If you're using the burn and dodge tool- Stop! It is not good for your art!

Don't use soft brushes for shading until you are adding final touches like reflections and blush. Use hard brushes to block out the main shadows according to the shape that you're shading- try not to draw shadows and highlights as thin round lines, they often aren't, especially in anime style.

For hair, use hard brushes with pen pressure on. Shade the basic shapes of the shadows then add the smaller details like loose hairs. Use a very light version of the original hair color to add highlights. Try not to blur hair shading, hair looks best when it's sharper.

As for your lines, maybe try using colors instead of straight black. Dark brown, Dark red and sometimes dark blue look best.

I really stubborn, everytime I color something, I just end up using my old style again == orz

Your arts improved so much from your first post, I love seeing how others improve time by time, and sometimes even get jealous.

Of course, to learn, I usually dig up some tutorial. But I found it hard to really understand some of them and I couldn't get it. I found that watching others doing it is much easier for me to learn, and as time past, I got my own style too ( a little, I'm still experimenting now too )

1 year is big difference lol(even my 5months before and after looks scary) I get jealous at like.. Everyone T_T. Yeah, it motivates you alot xD. Just sketch if you have artblock ^_^
