A board for other VN engines? Who would have thunk?!

Hey folks,
as we've had a few requests this year, we decided to create a board specifically for the discussion of topics pertaining to engines for the creation of visual novels that are NOT Ren'Py. So if you wish to discuss Novelty or ONScripter, this is the place for you to do so.
We strongly encourage you to tag your threads with the name of the respective engine, for example [Novelty], so that others know which threads they may find interesting or not. We strongly discourage you from using this forum for discussing Ren'Py-related topics, or topics not related to any specific engine. Ideally, the threads discussed in here should mostly revolve around technical issues (how-tos, for example), not games created with other VN engines - our Completed Games forum is dedicated to that if you want to tell us about a game you created, and the Other Story-based Games forum is for those games if you haven't made yourself. You may, of course, always discuss the strengths and weaknesses of other VN engines and compare them to one another or Ren'Py in this forum - that's what "public discussion" is about, after all.
If you think your thread could fit into both this forum and another, please decide for one. If you'd like to recruit someone experienced in using ONScripter for your next game, put a thread on our Recruitment forums or here, not both. If you're not certain if something you'd like to implement into a game would work better with Ren'Py or another VN engine, put it either here or into Creator Discussion, not both. This is not a Duplicate Threads forum.
Aside from that, have fun discussing all other engines you know, use or would like to use for the creation of your next story-based game or VN!
