Don't you mean this link. You can create/ publish within the website after creating an account. What's strange is that the most recent ebook that's publish there was "The Hunt Family" added 21 Jun, 2013. I actually skimming very little info about these engines, just posted as an alternative and as a matter of curiosity. Some of these may be paid or to have other exigencies.
In relation to e-books, the VN are somewhat like interactive books where you choose the course of the story.
Then, if somebody want test and post here "what do they think", so more ppl will know if these engines worth or no to use.
