This morning I received a reply from neon miduki (travelmin) to create a web version of ゆとり教育 which was released in 2008/08/25. Along with including English translation.
I need an editor to make my rough translations fluent. The story is about 25 sentences long. Can be finished under 5 minutes. It's told in a format of a scary story.

夏も終わりかけたある日、友人と二人で地元で噂の心霊スポットに出かけるが……
Near the end of a summer day, two people went to a haunted place that's rumored by the locals.
One day, near the very end of summer, a friend and I set out for a place that the locals rumored to be haunted.
