'Avaria Adventures' seeks an assistant writer

#1 Post by desulishor »

Avaria Adventures is a character-driven fantasy VN in the works and we are currently searching for an assistant writer. While the characters, the world of the story and the plot premises are largely decided, we are seeking a diligent writer committed to take over the main script's writing process.

A short synopsis on the plot itself:
'600 years have passed since the last great war where humanity nearly destroyed itself with its magical weapons. Though the war itself has been forgotten, the very same magical runestones now drive the technological revolution. In this world, we follow the seemingly meaningless adventures of the young runic Leif, and a certain horn-headed girl.'

Character development, self-aware humor and an original fantasy world of huge proportions are all planned to come together in this story...

The project has its own DA group http://roleplay-dream-world.deviantart.com/ and a homesite, most of the writing and planning work is done with Google Drive. If you're interested, just send me a PM saying a little about what you expect from the project, and provide writing sample/s that should showcase both humor and character development. Prospective writer/s will be guided in their work, but will be able to provide their input as well.

Any questions can also be posted on the thread itself, so feel free to ask.
For those interested in the project's current writing style, some samples are available here:

For clarification, although a kickstarter campaign is mentioned on the DA group site, the project will officially stay as a free project until the coming campaign is successfully funded.
