Interesting concept for a visual novel. I'm sorry you're not getting any responses.

A writer might want to know how what percent of the story is complete, and what you anticipate the word count/playing time to be.
An artist might want to know how many sprites you need, and how many expressions per sprite.

Both writers and artists would be interested in knowing your 'track record', as in have you completed any other VNs, or worked on a team. Perhaps posting a short demo of what you have done, using free sprites, would encourage folks to consider assisting you.

You said you were looking to hire an artist and writer. Using the word 'hire' means you are going to pay for their services. As you posted in the 'Free project' section, this ambiguity should be clarified.

I've been told that my writing is 'meh', and I can't draw, but I hope you find people willing to help you.
All of my VNs are at http://wolflore.net NOTE: Downloads are now working.
Some are at http://www.the-new-lagoon.com. NSFW
Poorly done hand-drawn art is still poorly done art. Be a Poser (or better yet, use DAZ Studio 3D) - dare to be different.
