Our group is working on a standalone demo/prequel to our main work Maleficent Justice and just like the main game focus on super sentai motif.
We have a writer, editor and possibly and programmer as of right now. We will mostly need an artist and musician to join the team.
There are around 4 characters including the protagonist and I think max of 5 or 6 emotions with maybe 2 poses. We aren't sure how many cgs will be in the game and backgrounds. We will have meeting on Skype chat group, Skype availability will be great.(Don't worry, no voice chat!) We will also used Trello as well.

Note: Subject matter such as rape won't be in this game. This game will be GXG or BXG.

I'm best at general support since I'm not the greatest ideas person. As for a perhaps more useful skill, I can translate English to Bogan Australian English.

I'm Beeps and I'm fairly new to this Visual Novel business, but I'm not new at art!
I've wanted to participate in NaNoRenO for a few years now but have always missed it for some reason. This year I'm aiming to change that!
As I've got a full-time job, a convention in April, annnnnd I'm still not a terribly confident writer or programmer, I'd like to work with a team as an artist instead of taking on the challenge by myself.

I'm happy to do a couple of character sprites and backgrounds, and maybe a couple of simple CG scenes and UI elements?

I've decided that I wanted to attempt giving the NaNoRenO thing a go, which is why I finally got around to making an account for this magical little place.

Ideally I am just looking for people with some skills in some areas that are eager to help create a project. ^~^

I have a general idea of what I want the project to be about, but I do not possess the skills to undertake the entire thing by myself. So what is needed is an artist (or two) to carry out all the fancy like art duties, a programmer to do all those super spooky things with codes and the like, and perhaps someone with knowledge on music so that can be incorporated as well. It would also be fun to have a co-writer, but I know that I am already asking for quite a bit.

A bit of the basic information for the idea: (If a team is formed, this stuff could be subject to change..as all input will be considered from all team members.)

- In all honesty my original concept contained six characters (not including the protagonist), but for times sake it will most likely be limited to either two or three for now. So four characters altogether if you include the protagonist.
- It will be GXB, but the concept can also be written so it is a BXB..it just depends.
- An exact genre has not been picked yet, but it will include romance and whatnot..cause yea...that stuff is great. XD
- A rating has not yet been set either, but it will probably be somewhere along the lines of at least PG-13ish.
- I have a general idea for characters, but as long as the basics are kept this part can be left to the artist if they wish.

I'm looking to participate in NaNoRenO for the first time this year.But I'm a newbie and I have never made VN(only played) before so I might be like wut? whole time. I have downloaded Ren'py but never touched it. >_>' My goal is learn from others and hoping to get some experience in this area, so that I can make my own VN(otome game) in the future.

So as an artist:
-I can do character designs, character sprites, chibis and couple CGs for an short game..
-Ages and nudity doesn't really matter it can be GxG and GxB, but in genre i'll like to have some romance. (if possible some(supernatural or fantasy)please...)

Been wanting to do this for ages, finally getting to~~ I already have a project in mind and am looking for some help, a sprite artist has already been found I'm the writer for the story.

About the project:

Title (at this stage): Underwater Garden - The tale of a mermaid gardener

Genre: Fantasy, Otome (GxB), Mermaids

Plot:
Azusa is a rarity in the underwater Kingdom, the ability to use a special king of magic know as Aqua-flames, a rare magic that allows her to coax and bloom underwater flowers that otherwise wouldn’t be seen at the bottom of the sea. But sadly, because of her excitement over becoming hired as a gardener for the palace, over the previous years she’s become known as a recluse, someone that “works too hard” and “someone who is married to their work”. Azusa has grown tired of it, her past friends don’t even visit her anymore and she gets very lonely. All she really wants to do is make a friend, and maybe get invited to the upcoming ball.

What the group is looking for:
BG artist - 3 - 5 backgrounds
GUI artist and programmer
Composer - someone who can make some songs for the game

Hello! I've been wanting to participate in NaNoReNo for a while now. I hope this year I can make it for the event. I haven't released any games officially, just released games mainly for practice. But I'm excited to join the event. I'm the writer for a project I have in mind. I also have an artist and editor/proofreader for the project. I'm looking for programmer to join in, and then our small group will be complete. It would be helpful too if someone would like to co-write with me.

The story will be GxB with 3 guys. Its genre will be lighthearted romance. There will be 3 good endings and 3 bad endings (2 endings for a guy). I'm aiming for somewhere between 10k~20k+ words. I already know the general direction for the story. The rest is up to discussion.

What can I do?
- I'm a writer, so if you need characters, plot, descriptions, summaries, cover blurbs or anything else having to do with the written word, I can probably help! (I do not have a preferred genre, but I'm averse to writing sexual content. Violence is okay.)
- I'm very good at proofreading. I can catch spelling errors, grammar oddities, syntax fumbles and pretty much every other type of word vermin for you.
- I'm also a decent editor. If you have trouble with characters running all over the place, holes in your plot or world building, or think the pacing and tension could need improvement, I'm happy to help.
- I'm also an academic, so if you need research done, I can definitely assist.

Who am I?
I'm a university student in Germany, majoring in German Studies and minoring in English Studies. I have a very good grasp of English, which is why it's my minor, and know a lot about literature. I've also been writing and roleplaying for a decade as a hobby, in addition to gaming, and I want to sneak a peek at how working on a visual novel can be before jumping into the fray headfirst. So while I have no experience with visual novels (except as a consumer, of course), I promise that the skills I'm offering are solid enough to benefit you.

We are making WW2 VN of politics, intrigue and (light) romance. The game is intented as prototype for series of games based on WW2 events.

Title: Partisans: 1st Offensive

Genre: history, politics, intrigue, gxb romance

Plot: Yugoslav Partisans were the first freedom fighters in Europe to liberate significant chunk of territory from Nazis. But flame of freedom flickers, as fascists forces draw near, eager to encircle and destroy the rebels.

Bosco is a commander of 1st Workers' Battalion. He is tasked with defence of the city. He is not expected to win. Just to delay the Nazis till Partisan HQ and field hospital evacuates. But his task is made even more difficult by internal strife and jostling for power as fledling Partisan movement is volatile mix of communists, socialists, nationalists, anarchists and veterans of Spanish Civil War.

Will Bosco manage to keep his commision, earn trust of his comrades and evade insidious traps laid by his political enemies? More importantly is he leading his battalion to futile death or heroic sacrifice?

(historical note: Partisans deployed 243 fighters, to German's 3000. Partisans lost 233 Germans lost 2. Let's hope you can do better in this game based on real events.)

I originally intended to do a solo NaNoRenO, but I figured I could use some help after all.

Title: Not yet decided, though I'll stick with something like aLive
Genre: BxG?, romance and scifi
Plot:
You recieve a strange package. Carrying it in your room, you realize it's a girl?! But she does not breathe! Helplessly you message your best friend. She assure you it's not a corpse but a robot she ordered for herself. But as she's currently on vacation, she had it delivered to you. She asks you to take care until she returns.
Are you romantic and think robots can have feelings too? Or more realistic and see them as tools? During the time you will spend with your friend's robot you might discover the truth.
- At the moment I have 4 endings planned and another two in mind, but I don't know if I'm skilled enough or if there will be enough time left for these two.

What I need help with:
Proofreading. Definitely. While I'm fairly confident with my skills, English is not my first language and I know I'm making some silly mistakes. I'd also appriciate critique on my style of writing and the storyline.
I too could some help on programming. I worked with RenPy before, but not really in depth and I'd be happy to have someone I can ask fr advice.

I'll use cc backgrounds and music, the sprites and writing will be done by me, maybe even a CG... But I'm only average at drawing so, I guess I'll have to stick with sprites only as long as no one is willing to help.

Oops. I accidentally made a thread before I saw this one. Sorry! well, going to post the info here since this is where it was supposed to be all along, haha.
I haven't been active here for a few years, but I've still been playing and reading VNs all the while. My feed started filling up with NaNoRenO news again and I got the itch to participate. I don't have the bandwidth to write a branching store or try to learn programming again, but I'd have doing art since 2012 and have improved. I'm offering to make art assets for some brave NaNoRenO hopeful. To keep it manageable for myself I'm offering art only for NaNoRenO, not for any larger project. I'm offering to draw a limited number of assets.

Project Limitations

• I'm going to help on only one project.
  If you have a previous demo or sample of a game, even if it doesn't look great, that will make me much more likely to want to help as I know you're a doer and not just a dreamer.
  I will not do artwork for any game rated more than PG-13.
  My favorite animes are romance comedies like Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun, Love Stage!, Maid-sama sports animes like Haikyuu, Kuruko no Basketball, Encouragement to Climb and moe shows like Yuyushiki, YuriYuri, K-on, Love Live!, and slice of life like You & Me.
  I don't care what the pairing is, if it's BxB, GxG, BxG, etc. Writer's choice.
  My favorite archetypes are the Princess types for ladies and Glasses Boys for gentlemen, so if your game uses one of these types I'm likely to be interested in making art for it.
  I'd rather make art for a small manageable game that will actually get done than a behemoth that is going to collapse under its own weight, so don't feel shy to approach me with a simple and clear concept
