Artists and Writer needed for Visual Novel [OPEN]

I am looking for an artist to make sprites and artist to make BGs for my Visual Novel "A Lot of Firsts." I also need a writer because at the rate so far, I am going to need more people than just myself. This is a non-commercial VN, so naturally, I am not paying for partners. This is a Romance/Comedy Visual Novel.

OVERVIEW
Follow a young, relate-able teenage boy as he tries to survive his Sophomore year of high school after making an embarrassment out of himself in the ninth grade. As he goes through his tenth year of school, he tries his hardest to correct past mistakes and hopefully rises in popularity. However, he soon realizes after ignoring his true friends that popularity is not what matters, but it is your friends that really count in the end.

Characters (so far)
Hotako Konozuumi (Hota)- 15 years old, he is the main protagonist. In ninth grade, he made a fol out of himself and transferred to a different school in Osaka, Japan after begging his parents. Soon after the start of the year, he realizes that he likes the most beautiful girl in the school, Miyaka Isobe.

Miyaka Isobe- 15 years old, she is Hota's crush. She has all of the looks that any man could want with a great (or not so great) personality.

Nao Ishibashi- 16 years old, he is Hota's best friend. He isn't popular, but he has charming looks and a great personality. Although, he does have sort of a weird, geeky side that not many people know about. One of the strange things about him is the fact that he is in the hummus club.

Mr. Asato- Hota's homeroom teacher.

I need an extra script writer for my Visual Novel. When I work by myself on this novel, I find that the rate that I am writing at is too slow to make enough progress. I need a total of about 120,000 words and I have written about 1,500 in the story so far and only the prologue finished in the actual VN. In this case, each of us will need to write about 60,000 words. You will need to work at least once a week and have a Skype account. My Skype username in 'noah.horvath'.

Next, I will need a character artist and a Background artist. I would prefer that the characters and backgrounds are drawn, but it is fine if they aren't. I will need three male sprites and two female sprites. Each sprite must have a happy expression, normal expression, angry expression, and a sad expression. Finally, one of the male sprites must be a teacher.

I will send what has been done so far to the people that end up partnering up with me.
