Project Details:
What is “Project Edun”?
To keep things as short as I can, Project Edun is a personal project that has been worked on all the way from 2009- on and off of course.
It is a Fantasy World Building project complete with a bunch of characters, events, and an ever-changing world.
Project Edun also boasts on morals and themes that I believe in and favor.
To name a few; racial bias/supremacy, LGBT rights, judging people from where they came from rather than who they are, humanity and its nature of imperfection.
I have been working on this World Building project for the past 3 months, and designs and concepts are beginning to set in stone.

Story Premise:
What story are we exactly going to be working on?
At first, I thought of tackling on a specific story arc that I’ve been working on- but after much consideration, I’ve decided to make this an empty, clean dish.
There are some story ideas that I can think of, here are to mention a few:

Pitch 1: The Story of Owen Ward
Genre: Adventure, Action, Fantasy, School Life, Sci-fi
It has been around 10 years ever since the Hellbourne have risen from the Earth, and three years since the Celestial have came down to “save” us. Along with the Hellbourne was a viral infection called “The Taint” that drove many of the animals in our world mad… hostile.
No one believed in 19-year old, Owen Ward. Everyone seemed to think he was bound to fail. He doesn’t listen in class, gets in trouble all the time, and people even say that he pickpockets other students. One day, he gets into too much trouble and is expelled from school. Along with that, they are bound to take his pet dog named Fang away from him. Angered by the authority’s decisions, Owen decides to run away from his hometown… out in the woods… where the Tainted are out to get him.

Pitch 2:The Diary of a Hemomancer: Lucas Clot
Genre: Tragedy, Horror (?), Drama, Mystery,Fantasy, Action, Romance
Set in the 1800s, Victorian Era, Dr. Lucas Albert Clot is to be married to his fiancee, Amelia Cartel. The Cartel family is affluent and well known. One day, Amelia gets into an accident… or so they thought. It was an assassination- but only Lucas Clot knows this. Driven mad by his wife’s death, Lucas delves himself into the occult. With a passionate heart to bring back Amelia, a demon named Altropheus decides to grant Lucas a gift. A gift to manipulate the bones and blood of others around him… With this powerful new gift, Lucas sets out into the city to find his wife’s killer.
But of course… dealing with the devil always comes with a price.

Pitch 3: A Tale Between Two Tails: Zael
Genre: Family Drama, Fantasy. LGBT, Romance, Gender Role Reversal, Comedy
Being a prince and a princess is usually a great blessing. But what about being a prince in a very corrupt society? A society where being on top can occasionally get you friends who would want to drag you down. This is a story Prince Zael and his sister Kali. An incubus and a succubus respectively. Zael and Kali are children of the iconic Succubus Queen: Lilith- the mother of all. In this society, the Succubi are the “born” leaders and head of a family. It is even allowed for a Succubus to have multiple Incubi mates under them- and it is the Succubus who chases their mates.
However… there has this rumor that has been going on… Our Prince Zael, son of the Queen… heir to the throne, is seeing someone… Another Incubus? Juicy.
Note: Although labeled as LGBT, this isn’t an 18+/hentai kind of story. I think there is an urgent need to raise awareness that gay relationships is still emotional and has its struggles just like straight relationships.So the goal of the project is pretty simple. Simple- but difficult to pull of.
It’s to produce a short, entertaining, visual novel that has portfolio quality writing and art.
These are all short stories- and I am sure they are doable between September all the way to December.
