Recruiting Rules: (1) Only recruit if you have an actual, clearly defined project you're recruiting for. Don't recruit if you're an organization that may have a project at some time in the future. (2) Tell people what kind of work you have for them. For commissions, also tell them how much work it will probably be. (3) Tell people how much work on your project is already complete. (4) Always open recruitment threads in the correct subforum - Free, Commercial or Paid Work.

Hi! I think it might help if you included more details about both positions. For example:
How many characters would an artist be responsible for? How many poses/expressions for each? What's the workflow like (Will someone be drawing, while another person does colors)?
How many backgrounds are needed?
How many positions are open? Are you only taking one of each, or are you open until all the work is done? etc
Your twitter also shows that you have an indiegogo that was funded, which can potentially throw some people off of working for free when the game has been funded for other things. This goes especially for the art book tier: would no funds be going to towards the artist? If not, where does it go?
