Hello!

I want to create a visual novel about a specific story from me. The story is quite seriously, but also has its funny scenes. The genre of the story is drama and romance.
In the VN that I want to create, the backgrounds of Protoganisten, their trauma and how they try to life with it, is really important. I want the readers or players thinking hard about the story. In my opinion the story is very complex because much is related to each other. The pasts of Protoganisten tell true stories. They talk about problems which are still in this world, you just have to think hard to get it.
Each route has a Good Ending and a Bad Ending. In the first route which talks about the characters Kasu and Kako, there will only bet a True Ending and a Bad Ending. After playing through all Good Endings you can then also unlock the Good Ending in the first route.

Explanation of routes and characters:

1.Route:
The first route talks as already mentioned about the characters and Kako and Kasu. The story in this route is mostly about these characters, and it's the real Main route. Only after you got the True Ending for this route you can start with the second route.
This route follows, like almost all routes almost the same story. The only differences in the various routes is that the story is written from the perspective of the people, the route is about. This has a better understanding of the individual characters for a result(hopefully). The perspective of the story is Kasus view.
All main characters are members of a gang. Kasu is their leader. The Gang is for children that do not have parents anymore or did escape from home.
Kasu is calm and friendly. He has a high IQ, and therefore can be described as pretty smart. He has big problems to go outside. This is particularly evident at night. The reason is that kasu is very paranoid. This has something to do with his past of which he almost never speaks about.
Kako was found by Kasu at night on the street. She was severely wounded. She has apparently memory loss. She is rather unemotional and never smiles. In addition, she is pretty lazy. She sleeps almost all the time or eats tons of sweets. Nevertheless, she has a surprising talent in cooking. Unlike all the other characters Kakos backstory is quite surreal since she is a demon, and this pretty much with her fears related.
This route talks pretty much about Kako and Kasus backstories. Also it comes to solve the mystery of Kako.

2.Route:
The second route is about Mika and Shuuya. Two other members of the gang. The story relates more about the pasts of the characters and their affection for each other. Kako and Kasu are ignored almost entirely here. Again, after the Good Ending the third route is unlocked. The perspective of the story changes between the two, but is mainly Shuuyas.
Shuuya is very bright but also quite nervous. He is a klutz and falls often three times a day the stairs down. He clearly shows interest to the female members of the gang. This is quite surprising since Shuuya has a phobia against woman. Even if he is a wimp he is not afraid to get hurt to protect Mika. He and Mika are childhood friends.
Mika is very loud and has a great protective instinct towards the female members. She often behaves more like boy than a girl. This has something to do with the her past.

3.Route:
This route is about the (non) twins Ryuu and Yokina. Again, romance is present but it is NOT Incest. Here the perspective of the characters change alike. This is like the second route only these characters are important and the others are mainly ignored. Nevertheless kasu is often involved in this route. If you have done the happy end of the route you have acces to the fourth route.
Yokina and Ryuu are loud and constantly happy. Nevertheless, they also have an insane side but not its not often showed by the influence of Kasu.

4.Route:
The last route talks about Yuri and Kasu and can be considered as a supplementary route. Since Kako also has a major role, one can say that the main characters of the story in reality are Kako, Kasu and Yuri. This route is spoken mainly about Yuri's problems. The story is told from the perspective of Kasu. After the Good Ending of this route the Good Ending of the first route is unlocked.
Yuri is quiet and has a smile on her face all the time. She is the oldest in the gang. She does the whole household, and while she can be incredibly good at baking, her cooking skills are miserable.

What kind of backgrounds did you need? And did you need them colored?

Yeah I need them coloured. But if it would be a problem I could also colour them myself!^^ I need various things like backgrounds of a big city and European/Asien houses/rooms. And I also need some of an old village so as one of an old room without any furnitures. Maybe you could send me an example of your backgrounds?

I don't have too many background pieces because I've mainly ever done writing/editing and some coloring.
Do you maybe have an example of the kind of art style you were looking for? Like how detailed and stuff?
