You should try contacting them. They offer free coloring services
And their work is awesome.
Their post says they aren't currently doing bgs but they will if they're properly linearted? Idk... You could always just ask just in case though

Yes they are really good, but at the moment they're not doing BG art, so it's not really any good for me since I only have BG art to do. ><
