Recruiting Rules: (1) Only recruit if you have an actual, clearly defined project you're recruiting for. Don't recruit if you're an organization that may have a project at some time in the future. (2) Tell people what kind of work you have for them. For commissions, also tell them how much work it will probably be. (3) Tell people how much work on your project is already complete. (4) Always open recruitment threads in the correct subforum - Free, Commercial or Paid Work.

Hello! Fate's Bite
http://fates-bite.tumblr.com/ is looking for writers, programmers and editors for their project. They are on hiatus until they gather more talented individuals for their team. Currently their fan-fiction is 20 out of 100 percent completed. They need the above mentioned for their visual novel, a higher need for programmers. They asked me to spread the word so please contact them (Team Euphora/ Fate's Bite). Their tumblr has the basic rules for applying and more details.
About their project: Euphora presents Fate’s Bite, an otome-styled fanfiction that features the Axis and Allies from Hetalia: Axis Powers, where the reader can take different routes to win the heart of their soul mate. However, there is one twist: the men are vampires.
Will this hinder the reader’s relationship with them, or could it have something to with her blurred past? Moreover, why are the vampires so determined to keep her? Are they only seeking her blood, or is it something more?
