Recruiting Rules: (1) Only recruit if you have an actual, clearly defined project you're recruiting for. Don't recruit if you're an organization that may have a project at some time in the future. (2) Tell people what kind of work you have for them. For commissions, also tell them how much work it will probably be. (3) Tell people how much work on your project is already complete. (4) Always open recruitment threads in the correct subforum - Free, Commercial or Paid Work.
Missing Stars is a visual novel with a focus on individuals with mental disorders. The story revolves around Erik Wilhelm, a transfer student to Saint Dymphna's Privatgymnasium, a fictional speciality school in Vienna, Austria that specializes in treating teenagers who suffer from psychiatric and learning disorders with therapy and care.
Over the course of Missing Stars we'll explore many disorders In the context of a school life and romantic relationships. We've aimed to keep our stories grounded in reality, and to keep us on track we've brought on trained medical advisers to make sure that our depictions of people suffering from these disorders are as medically accurate as we can make them.
We're well underway with act one of Missing Stars; we're currently at 86 scripts, est ~250,000 words total. After this each of the 6 routes will have their own act 2, 3 and 4.
The Positions
Writers:
We're currently looking for a writer to take over writing Lena's route. Here's a character breakdown:
Lena is a girl who enjoys being misunderstood and not following "traditional" rules. Her ability to speak her own mind are what initially draws Erik to her, curious about the girl behind the metal mask. She works at the newspaper club, interviewing staff and students about school life, upcoming events, and photographing people for yearbook portraits.
Lena spent her formative years in the wooded countryside, raised by eccentric free spirits. She often finds herself wandering in her own little world, but is eager to let others know just what's on her mind. Lena is able to put her piercing curiosity and sarcastic demeanour to good use. Lena is unashamed of her odd habits; in fact, she seems to revel in being misunderstood by her peers.

Sounds like an interesting project, I can join on to draw CGs (prefereably) or sprites if youre still looking for anyone to help out. Style isn't an issue, I should be able to match whatever you have. My only concern is that I dont have too much free time so I dont know how much I can contribute, but id still like to join the project if possible.
