[Early NaNoRenO Project] Seeking CG/BG artist!

INTRODUCTION

Hello! We are (currently) a team of three, and we’re looking for members to work on an early NaNoRenO project which will mainly take place in February. If you have more free time in February than in March, want to get started before NaNo without having to worry about finishing on time, and/or want to do a small-ish project before NaNo because you want to, this project welcomes you! (If you want to stick to the rules, you can give yourself a hard limit of one month to work on this :D)

PROJECT INFORMATION

The story will be a psychological thriller, set in an elevator after a few people become trapped together. We are planning an interesting twist at the end and multiple endings depending on the player’s choices.

We would like to get all team members involved in deciding on the story details, so we have left the characters and story open for discussion among team members after the team is finalized.

* Leader / Misc. Roles: csky
* Writer: Emtropy
* Character Artist: Johhans
* Composer: hcarter.composer
* GUI Artist: Alcor (me)

Csky is willing to fill for the positions that we aren’t able to recruit for (writing, CGs, BGs, music composition).

RECRUITMENT

The assets for the game will depend on the team we form. For example, if we are able to recruit a CG artist, we’ll probably have more CGs in the final game than if one of the current team members have to fill the CG artist position.

We are recruiting for the following positions:

WRITER

* Filled, thank you!


CG ARTIST

* Medium priority
* Number of CGs to be done depends on how many the artist wants to do
* The game will be in a non-anime character style, and we would prefer an artist who can somewhat emulate the style of our sprite artist Johhans.
* CGs will dictate important scenes and endings!

BG ARTIST

* Lower priority -- one of the current team members can fill this role if necessary.
* 1-4 backgrounds, depending on how many the artist is willing to make
* The current BGs we have in mind are of the elevator (at different angles) and parts of the endings.

COMPOSER

* Filled, thank you!
