Maybe it would be more appealing to people (and prospective collaborators) if what you're trying to say was clearer? Proper grammar usually tends to help, as does not copying art from another visual novel.

Not sure if this is your first recruitment post but it would be helpful to see a quick synopsis of the story or basic character bios. You could also look at other posts for inspiration?
Also it's hard to read what exactly you're looking for which a bit of formatting could be a quick and easy fix.
