I've found two wonderful musicians, so that should be covered by now!
I also have two helpful assistant writers/proof readers, so I am probably good on that (for now).

Hi lovely people out there!
I'm currently about half way through a project with two amazing artist partners. Writing is about 50% of the way done (at 150K of an expected 300K words), programming also about 50% done (have about 2/3rds coded). Pixel art is half done (4/8 background and 4/8 sprites), with concept art completed for 4/8 characters, one of which has been fully turned into a play-able sprite. A demo (with some free to use sprites as place holders) is available for anyone who'd like to see current progress/get a feel for the game.
We're expecting to release the game free to play in about a year.
We expect to be able to finish the game with the team as-is, but think it would be worlds better with some amazing additional partners. (Which is where you come in!)
What we are looking for:
1. A sound designer/musician - We're currently using royalty free music (which is great!), but would love amazing custom music, or even someone who can better hodge together a playlist than me. Music = important!
2. One to several beta readers/play testers/cowriters who can go through my (still very rough) script and improve upon it. (Some of my storylines could definitely be improved upon by a valiant writer/beta reader) For this role, work can be anywhere from a few play-tests with suggestions to complete rewrites of entire storylines. Whatever makes the game better!
3. We're currently using Uncle Mugen's amazing and wonderful backgrounds. But if someone wants to try their hand at background design, I'd be happy to have custom backgrounds!
4. Anything else that might make this project great!
The concept of the game is this:
Every aspect of her life is predetermined. Whether she'll love you or hate you, whether she'll marry you or remain a background character in your story – all is controlled by algorithms that govern every aspect of her life. But now she's coming to realize what she truly is, that her school is not a school and that the person she loves is a being she can barely comprehend.
With self awareness, she's able to control her life. But what will she do to you, once she realizes she no longer needs you?
8 characters total, 6 romanceable, thousands of choices, dozens of endings. Their lives are in your hands. What will you do to them?
