"The Poisoned Rose" (Otome) Recruiting for Editors/Proofreaders

Background:

Hello! We are currently developing a visual novel entitled "The Poisoned Rose.” It's an Otome and will consist of 5 routes, as well as one secret route. Each route is expected to have 2 endings, one good and one bad.

We are an indie team now looking to expand to cater to the workload. Because this is a non-commercial project, all positions are unpaid. However, we will be happy to credit you in the game and you will have our sincerest gratitude for all your efforts.

Story:
“The Poisoned Rose” is an otome spin-off of the famous “Sleeping Beauty” fairy tale. Princess Aurora is cursed by an evil fairy to perish when she turns eighteen after touching a poisoned rose. In Aurora’s kingdom, Rosetta,-- which is famous for its beautiful roses-- Aurora is in grave danger. The only cure for this evil curse is a true love’s kiss. On Aurora’s 17th birthday, her family plans an elaborate birthday party in hopes that Aurora’s true love will be in attendance. Five potential suitors introduce themselves to Aurora and she must choose which one she thinks is her true love. Her life, literally, depends on it!

Positions:
We are currently looking to recruit 2 editors and 4 proofreaders to manage the workload of five routes in total and one secret route. Each route is about 20K words in total.

Editors (2) - Will oversee the work of the proofreaders and look for any grammar or spelling errors. Editors will also be in charge of looking for plot holes or other issues within the narrative itself; especially issues where information conflicts between routes.

Proofreaders (4) - To look for grammatical errors within the scripts including spelling issues, punctuation, and sentence structure. Will be working together to help the editor if any issues with the narrative are noticed.

Requirements:
- A good standard of written/verbal English (US) with examples of your previous work preferred.
- An understanding of grammatical rules with regards to writing styles.
- Able to work well in a team of other editors, proofreaders, and writers.
