BxG visual novel looking for idea bouncer/writer

Hi there, I'm working on a boyxgirl visual novel.
It's a slice of life visual novel with dating simulator elements.
I intend this to have a sfw version and a nsfw patch as well.

Plot so far:
Mc (Main character) gets suspicious to where his sister has says she's been going when she follows her to a maid cafe, he finds out she works there and convinces him to join the cafe as a butler.

Exploring each route with show the dark or tragic pasts that each character has (possibly)
Romancable heroines: Sayuri, Megumi (Head Maid), Rika and Minami (Customer)
There is a yandere route in this as well.

I am looking for these spots to be filled:
Idea bouncer (0/2)
Co-writer (0/1)
Programmer (0/1) I just need you to transfer my script to Ren'py so it's playable at this moment.

I'm looking for someone who is dedicated and can help me with this visual novel.
I have been working a lot on the art and have finished concepts and one finished sprite of Minami.
In the future I'm looking to possibly make a Kickstarter and/or Patreon to give back some of the hard work done if possible and commission music and backgrounds.
