my name is Lun. I have an idea for a visual novel, and I would love to find some friends who would go on this journey with me. I'm willing to invest the next couple of months/years, so that this project can come to life. I am an artist, I can also do some basic coding and writing, but I am by no means an expert. That being said, let me introduce my idea to you.
The name I've chosen for this VN is "Eunoia: Shaking Hands with Solitude". We can totally change the name later, this was just one of my ideas, but to be honest, I quite like the sound of it!
At the beginning, the player will choose their pronouns. This will have no effect on the option of the love interests because we're LGBTQ friendly here!
There will be 4/5 love interests. I've chosen names for four of them: Qiu, Sana, Mineo and Cairo. Two women and two men. We could add a fifth non-binary character as well. I have basic designs for Qiu, Sana and Mineo. I'll finish Cairo's design by tomorrow. This is what I have so far:
My art style isn't very anime-like. I can either draw in my style or I can adjust it, so that it looks similar to the style of most visual novels, but I don't think there's a need for that.
The story takes place in a city that is very much like Biringan City. Nobody lives in the city except for mythical creatures who guard the city until our characters suddenly wake up in a mansion that is located in the city. They wake up with their memories gone, they can't remember anything about their lives. They're now supposed to live in the mansion, explore the city, uncover the truth about their stolen memories and find a way out.
This is all I have so far. I know it's not a lot, but it's a start! As I mentioned earlier, this project is just starting, so I'm open to changing pretty much anything after discussing it.
