Our passion-project OmOneko needs someone to help code our VN!
Our team of 12 very talented volunteers wants to add 1 or 2 more.
We're looking for someone(s) who
- can code Renpy, and VERY GOOD with transitions, very slow pans, zooms, and character movements.
- has time
- is creative
and we welcome your ideas to make it visually better than we've story-boarded
(basically, we want your creative input. There is the opportunity to turn this role into an Assistant Director if desired)
Our Game:
"A charming cat girl dating simulator with a darker edge"
Nekos are not "people with cat ears".
These humanoid beings have evolved in the shadows of human society.
Beautiful, Mysterious. Chaotic. Dangerous.
And now, three of them live with you.
Will you be able to get past the stigma and grow closer to them?
A story of cat and mouse, but don't worry about the rats.
The government says they are not a problem.
We have one scene done (we're currently using all placeholders with the intent of overwriting these files with the game art later)
Me
I'm probably best known from my deep-dive VN vids, and interviews with Katawa Shoujo and other game devs. I've also helped make a bunch of VNs and DDLC mods (backgrounds, sprite doctoring, play-testing).
