Looking for artist and programmer

Hello everyone! I make mod for Doki Doki Literature Club with characters from Undertale, "Doki Doki Undertale Club".
The story is an alternative universe of Undertale in which there has never been a war between humans and monsters. In the Literature Club, except Monika, Sayori, Yuri and Natsuki from DDLC, are Papyrus, Sans, Mettaton and Chara from Undertale. In the beginning, in the club everything looks normally, but when one of the club members mysteriously disappears, the game starts to spoil (literally). Someday also you find the hidden door in the closet...
I am looking for artist, who would do for me sprites of Undertale characters (not only mentioned characters) in school and casual clothes, new BGs and CGs (all in DDLC style), and I'm looking for programmer, who would do battle system from Undertale.
