VN Zine - An Online Zine for Visual Novel Developers

Hello! VN Zine is a free digital magazine created for visual novel developers. We feature articles written by game developers, coders, writers, artists, designers, and anyone involved in the creation and development of visual novels.

We are currently working on our second issue of the zine, and are looking for people who would like to get involved by writing an article for the zine. You're welcome to write about anything you'd like, as long as it is related or relevant to visual novels in some way.

There is no maximum or minimum for how long or short your article can be. We create the layout & design ourselves and can customize things however we like so length is not an issue

Some of the articles we had in our first issue included:

• Coding customizeable character sprites in Ren'Py

• Participating in game jams

• Launching a kickstarter campaign

• Choice design in visual novels

• Coming up with game ideas

• Tools, programs, and processes that are useful for VN development
