[OPEN] Team needed for mystery VN

Hello, I'm Daniel and I'm working on a Mystery/slice of life themed interactive visual novel called "A Dream That is Not My Reality". I need people who are interested in the story and are willing to partner in the development of this passion project of mine!
More about the game: The game is set in the year 2015. 5 years prior, in Wakayama of Japan, a tragic event unfolded. Kazuaki Kikuchi, life-long-friend of our protagonist, Yuuto Hoki, is murdered with little to no trace of the perpetrator. The case grew cold and was closed within the year after no leads or developments. This tragedy causes turmoil between Yuuto and his friends. In a matter of weeks, everyone went their separate ways. In the present day Yuuto is now an 18-year-old third year approaching his last semester of high school. His childhood friend, Hanako Shimuhara, moves back in town. Hanako and Yuuto team up to rekindle their past friendships and bring justice to the killer. Meanwhile they'll help each other with their studies and support each other every step toward uncovering the secrets of Kazuaki's death and their last 100 days of high school.
So far, 5/100 days have been written. So I would say the game is only 10% complete.

Here are the roles I need:
Ui Artist
For textbox, date + days left display, review screen, etc.
CG artist
I do not have a set amount of CG needed, but if I had to guess it could be anywhere between 15-40.
Assistant Writer (Filled)
By this I mean you will help me write certain parts of the story. Such as: free time events, dialogue for alternative choices, and grammar/spelling corrections. Any Ideas are always welcome as well.
Ren'Py/Python Programmer
Someone who can code complex minigames such as match 3, timing a basketball shot, a minigame similar to FNF/dance dance revolution, and more!
Any other services you can provide are also greatly appreciated, contact me if you want to provide anything that is not listed above!
Keep in mind, I would prefer people who are willing to volunteer their time and effort to take these roles, I don't plan on monetizing the game at the moment or any time soon. But I would love to upload the game on steam someday and put a price on it. If I manage to reach that point, then I will gladly share revenue with whoever participates in the game's development! - Choices that will influence what ending you receive
- Optional romance with MOST girls
- You can grow closer and unlock scenes with each important character and your teachers
- Minigames consisting of lockpicking, stealth, coding, mix and matching, basketball, coffee making, and much more.
- Work for money to you can spend on gifts and consumables that increase stats and unlock special scenes and help you grow closer with friends.
- Explore the world and school with a point-click screen
- Debate and rebuttal arguments with your teammates on evidence you found on your latest exhibition to see if the suspect is the one who murdered Kazuaki.
- Much more!
