Hey guys, so this is an awesome little VN I found. It only costs about $20 and I've been playing it a LOT.
The art has a certain charm to it, despite not being the best it could. The characters are great as well.
As taken from the website (shira-oka.com):
Ever wonder how things might be different, if you could go back in time and re-live your past? The main character of Shira Oka: Second Chances is given that chance to find out.
Will he get his act together, and become the person he always wanted to be? Will he pass all his classes with flying colors? Will he fall in love with the girl of his dreams? Or will he end up sad and lonely once again?
His fate is in your hands.
You control how he spends his time, who he becomes friends with, and who he falls in love with... if anyone. But no matter what choices you make, get ready for a roleplaying experience unlike any other.
Anybody else have this game?

Woah, sorry. Didn't see that. Hm...seems like posting there would be a bit of a thread revival.

If you have difficulties or concerns with Shira Oka, be sure to post on its dedicated forum at
http://www.shira-oka.com/forum . I occasionally post there.
The group made a number of mistakes prior to release, such as announcing the project in 2005 and hyping it at fan conventions. They showcased their demo during panels, but it was not released until summer 2010. The full release started on Impulse Driven in December of that year. Since then, it's been released on a couple other services, and periodically updated. Plans are being made to add more content.

I swear this last month has been Stab Lemma in the Spleen Month.

No need for apologies, I'm just kidding around

Inside joke stuff, you'll learn more of these things as you stick around.
Btw, welcome to the forum
(of course, I personally prefer Zenith Chronicles to Shira Oka)
