Well, I'll still be waiting! >:D

J.C. Staff? I thought for sure it would be Kyoto Animation... {but KyoAni has disappointed me lately so I guess I'm not surprised}
I hope JC Staff doesn't screw up. They seem kind of hit-or-miss.
Nonetheless, I'll still be eagerly waiting for it too!

:/ I wish it was Kyoto Animation, but I'm somewhat hopeful. I loved Toradora and Kare Kano. Unfortunately, the bitter taste of Zero no Tsukaima is making me more than a little apprehensive of the quality for this adaptation. Hopefully JC Staff will hit it out of the park. If not, hopefully Kyoto goes back to its Key roots.

KyoAni turned Key down at least twice, so Key went to another studio.
JC Staff has Bakuman, Toradora!, Toaru Majutsu no Index, Ghost Hunt, Shana, Slayers, Azumanga Daioh, even Utena under their belt, so I am hopeful they will do wel. I trust Key's integrity.

Speaking of Clannad, I loved both the Anime and the VN but i did especially like the Tomoyo episode. (well it was an episode in the anime)
However, I found there is a spinoff of Clanned, that is a sequel to clannad but in the Tomoyo path. Now, I jumped at it and tried to find it.
I did, but what i see there is no english version, just a partial one.

It's the blog (I think) but it's not finnished yet. I hope they do soon!
I want to know more of the story with Tomoyo.
Anyone have an idea how long an average translate takes? (they have been working for a year on it but but.)

Depends, but a long one takes more than one year.
(Tomoyo After is 10 - 30 hours) --> [From
VNDB]
Seeing the blog, I think it's going to be finished soon... (This year
probably)

I see, Well always liked Key so it will be interesting. I myself is dragging through Little Busters for the moment and I have never laughed so much from a VN before. But it never seems to end.. it's so long. VNDB doesn't joke and say it's around 50 hours.
