just wanted to say that the Girlish Love Revolution English Translation Project
, a.k.a. Otometeki Koi Kakumei Love Revo is complete! They've finally released an english patch X)

My most favourite otome game of all time (I was so obsessed, I bought the japanese game, the artbook, the trading cards, practically anything I could get my hands on despite not knowing any japanese ^^')



AND NOW I CAN UNDERSTAND IT~

you guys should give it a shot.
Great story lines, good looking guys, and the motivation to lose weight ^^'

This is pretty fun, I think enjoy the sim aspects more than the 30 seconds of dialog you get with the guys every now and then. >_>

I liked the dieting parts and exercising parts more than the dating, is that bad? *gets shot*

My one gripe with it is that you pretty much have to know which guy you're going for from moment one though, or you'll be doomed. And the fact that only about three of them liked the MC as a human being before she slimmed down. It actually made me like the shota, and I almost never like shotas in otome games.

The game looks really intresting, and i just happen to have a DS. It's a shame these games never make it world-wide, thankfully there are people who can translate these games so that we can understand them. Apparently the DS is out of fashion now... so most japanese companys dont make games for it anymore.The 3DS will be the one to have all the new games. I don't own a 3DS, they are really exspensive. I'm not quite sure but i think i have read the Manga of this series in a bookstore.... the game looks very familiar.

I found out this got patched from my game's sprite artist! I am soooo happy ive been wanting to play this game for soooooo long. (at one time i even attempted to play it a little with video walkthroughs w/ translations haha)

But now I know why they say this game is so hard! You only have a year to raise all your stats, loose weight, AND win over a guy. T_T I failed miserably the first time haha.

I'm actually quite pro at this game ^^ (result of addiction) - almost always get 100 on all the stats.

My tips -
go to the game place and the food place 6 times to get items worth $50000 each (they both help boost study attributes - or you can sell)

Buy food only on a sunday or holiday - they have these orange blocks that get rid of almost half your stress and no weight gain

Just earn money when you start getting almost halfway stressed (earn lots before you eat - stress does nothing with gaining money)
then eat to get rid of the stress and THEN

go to the ROSE center and pick the most expensive option (you can lose up to 3Kg each time - just make sure stress is LOW - nil preferably) - this takes care of most beauty stats

Also save money to buy a chin up and rowing equipment to help build muscle ( helps you lose weight steadily and you need this - rose centre 11st option does not raise arms) (ONLY available on a SUNDAY/HOLIDAY)

Dont bother to buy anything else besides the gift for your guy
the ones I can remember -
Souta like the squirrel looking plushie?
Ryutaro Sensei likes the seaweed looking thing, same with the guy with long hair (kaede?)
Ren likes the expensive pocket watch
Ayato like one of the games....I think it is the adventure one?

.........and thats all remember.
Just make sure to save lots - and write down those green words. (I forget all of them unless I play through a whole play through - from beginning to end) (you need to get the friend ending and Love ending to get all green words in most cases - I only remember 1 where it didnt matter about the friend ending)

It's a JVN. In the end, it'll turn out that the two of you aren't blood siblings and that the MC is adopted.
But I'll be plenty surpised if it dosen't pull the whole "Hahahaha, we're not actually related"' card...
