PersonA~Phantom of the Opera fan translation!

While browsing through some otome sites, I stumbled across this title. From the looks it, the translator just started the project a little while ago, but there is already 16% done. Although I'm not exactly a fan of hentai otomes *coughcoughrapecoughcough* I do believe there should be more fan patches for otome games in general. Besides, doesn't the art look pretty?

Well, it's got great art, so that's the first hurdle crossed. I'm impressed by the speed she's achieved, but finishing it is the important bit, so I won't hold my breath just yet. Hopefully she will though. C:

Read a couple of reviews of the game and ehh. Overall the whole thing just reads like an excuse for sex/rape. But I suppose if something must be translated, at least it should be the pretty things...

I think it's awesome! I really hope that she won't give up in the middle just like most translators did. It's not easy to fully translate a game without a team behind you. I hope she'll make it!

I'm looking forward to this, I never played an 18+ otome game, and kind of curious. (Even though, I keep hearing about how 18+ otome games are rapey??) Still, the art is pretty, and it's an otome game, so I'll play this if she translates it. I hope she can make it!

I don't know about other otome games, but rapey seems to be fact and not opinion in this one, judging from the review.

I'm always interested in any otome game that gets translated. While I can't buy it or play since I'm still a minor, it looks pretty interesting. And for those who are squick about it, yes, there's rape in this game, and one of the routes is also an incest route. Just a warning.
