I *love* Ouran Host Club, so I'd be grateful for just an FAQ in English. (BTW, there are English FAQs for a good number of ren'ai games, such as the Tokimemo series.)

The big question is : is it any good? I've noticed there are a lot of visual novels released for a lot of animes... but I'm really not sure about quality (other examples being School Rumble and Zero no Tsukaima).

And the game mechanic sounds very interesting. I can't wait until I can kidnap some japanese programers and force them to translate it.
I am getting the manga soon. I just finished the anime. I love it sooo much.

At least the concept seems more interesting than what I thought. I didn't expect them to take the clubbing aspect into account.

The story of Ouran is that of a "poor" young student entering Ouran High School, a prestigious rich kid school thanks to very good grades. While looking for a place to study quietly, some "third music room" is discovered to be the place where the Host Club stays at. The Host Club is a group of pretty boys representing most of the bishonen clichés (prince, cool, quiet, shota, yaoi devils) entertaining the girls of the school.
Anyway, some very expensive vase is broken by the new student, then forced to be a member of the club to pay back the debt. "If you get 1000 customers to design you, we'll consider your debt gone". The commoner enters a world of riches and strange ceremonials
