it was obvious about Chris being a girl.
I know that wasn't the biggest surprise,
But I did have a feeling that Arata was the true prince after the Kenji intro
or something allong those line
I was actually talking about
Background Character "what's her name" being the Princess from Palmeid.
It totally caught me by surprise.

Ok, I see what you saying. It just thought you meant that I was saying
the Chris being a girl was a suprise
when I was only commenting on it being obvious.

Otherwise, what your saying was a kind of a surprise to me, but I seem to have this ability to figure these things out, or at least form my hypothesis, before they do the full revealing. That's why it is really hard to surprise me.
If you try "RE: Alistar" on the completed games forum I think that has a stronger surprise, even though it is suppose to be a mystery. I recommend it for you. It's short and stat based but I liked it.
"Sometimes...when there's no one around...I only step on the darker ones..." ~Hanako (Katawa Shoujo by 4Leaf Studios)
You know, I sometimes still do that. :)
This Act 1 portion is what hooked me on VNs, so I like to promote them.

You find out killing Ciel and becoming a psychopathic murderer is considered a bad end.
What surprised me more from Tsukihime was
Kohaku being the emotionless girl, and pretends to be the Genki Girl because Hisui lost her Genkiness to Kohaku's rape as backstory.
However, that made me like Hisui's good ending so much more. :D
