Hi there, I'm here because we are looking for a programmer for our otome VN.
The project itself is an urban fantasy featuring five guys for the first "season". It focuses on a main character in college that finds out she's not human and that her mother was a immortal sorceress who passed her powers down to her. She finds out that her university is actually a place for supernatural beings to train and begins to train with one of five guys because there is now a threat on her life. Our artist has done some very rough drafts in Renpy (her writing) that you can see to get an idea of the character art (this is a placeholder background):

Some quick facts
- We are three members, two writers and an artist with graphic arts and some video editing skills. We also have a background artist assisting that for now, is temporary.
We plan to become a business after the successful launch of the game.
We are launching a Kickstarter for the project on Friday. We are currently building hype by releasing info on tumblr over the next few days.
The project itself is about 2-3 weeks old as of the date of this post, but we've been working on it day and night, almost 7 days a week and we are ready to write the prologue and routes after the fundraiser kicks off.
We want to launch this game on iOS and Android and we need to know what it will take to get to that point.
We would be open to a long-term partnership if the business successfully launches.
You tell me your rate. Your part of the job will not begin until and if the fundraiser is successful. For programmers - Any guidance on what we need to do to get it on the mobile devices will also be needed. You can check out our new website here:

Update - Have two programmers in mind and messaged one UI artist.
Added more specific needs for programmers here:
I need it to be able to be ported to iOS and Android, possibly on Steam too. I would like to work long-term with the programmer to keep it updated.
Voltage Inc is the leader in the otome market, so we were hoping to follow some of their examples to begin with, and because it's more simple.
We will need a gallery to showcase CGs. We're just looking to have a chapter by chapter game with basic settings for the text, like fast forwarding, rewinding, opacity of the background.
In the beginning of their games, they ask you to add your email. As you read the story chapters, there is a pre-written email from the POV of the characters that is sent automatically upon completion of the chapters. I'm not sure how it was done and it's not strictly necessary but it's a feature we like and were interested in.
We were also wondering if it's possible to have the game connect to a server for verification, like Voltage does to decrease piracy.
I can email screenshots of the game we would like to emulate in terms of options.

Recently our Kickstarter was fully funded. Now I am looking for someone who might be able to assist our game programmer by coding the GUI portion of the game.
I am also looking around for quotes on background artists, but I am specifically looking for 3D modeling (using Sketchup or something similar) to fit in with our BGs. It will be to assist our main artist. The ones I have seen here fitting those qualifications are all queued up until next year and I am hoping to find someone sooner than that.

The GUI artist is starting later this week. I apologize forgot to mention that the programming job for GUI wouldn't be starting until later this year as the game is still heavily in development, I wanted to have someone in mind because that's have I've been handling the previous jobs. If you think you might be open later in the year, I will PM you and give you a heads up to check if you're still available when I need work to begin.
I'll PM you to discuss the job further, thanks.
