[First Project!] Looking for help!

Hello all, I'm starting a visual novel game called, "Lost In The Drift." I have contacted a few professional voice actors, as well as a programmer.
Payment will be considered if money is made from the kickstarter

Here's a short introduction:
During the time period of the first week of May, seven horrific world-wide accidents all happened at the same time. No one was killed; however, one person from each accident was put in a coma... However, you are unaware of the accident about to happen that will turn your life from sweet to sour.. You are one of the seven people.

It could use a bit more work, yes. But, I'm hiring..

If the project's financing is not yet secured and team members aren't guaranteed payment, then this is not "offering paid work". Yet. Thus, I've moved it to "Commercial Projects".

Hey, I'd highly recommend you re-make your Kickstarter campaign, you don't have any art or real details showing, and your reward tiers are extremely vague. Also, you limited your cheapest reward tier to only 10 people, which doesn't make sense because the tiers should be limited at the top, not the bottom (where most backers will be). If you want someone to make a better looking campaign.
