Those who wish to work with me on this project wont be paid during the process* but gain percent of the game once released for the first 2~3 years of it (amount would be discussed during the end process of the game). I would imagine it would be something on the lines of

Coders receive 20~%
Artist receive 15~%
Writers receive 10~%
Composers 5~%
Voice actors 5~%
Not final numbers

*Exception comes to when the project can be crowdfunded, this is where during the process you can be paid with what is made through it

Personal goal for project:

I do wish for quality work which is a stretch since I know most people who are really good artist tend to be busy with their own things. But since I do want to try to make money from this it'd be nice to get people on board who are experienced. Am not looking for years experience because for myself I just started college for coding and wish to make this into a learning experience for myself as well for the team. I have an expected pace for this project to take at least 1~3 months per route, and I want to be able to post the progress on here within at least 2 months worth of work completed.

For those who are interested in being apart of the team should be:

• Are within the PST,CST or EST
  Has skype(must)
  At most 6 months or so with experience(optional)
  Be professional during the progress

Project goals (mix'd with long term and short term):

• Trailer for the game
  Have it in Greenlight
  Kickstarting the project
  Possible Patreon
  Completed at least 5 routes
  Have a male/female option for player
  Creating a devpage/blog for updates

Things to be completed before launching a kickstarter:

• Have at least 1 route completed
  Sprites are completed
  BGM is completed
  At least half of expected features are implemented

General idea of game plot:

The player accepts the college's offer in their scholarship and leaves home to escape her past. The player encounters 7 men, without knowing that the player will cause life changing effects to these men. Its up to the player to either accept the men's life style or change it for the better of both of them.(slightly inspired by Sunrider Academy)

Hello! I'm not sure if you're still hiring for this, but I would like to join the writing. I don't know the characters, but I'd be extremely happy to help (as long credits are shown at the end). Also, I'm willing to voice act, but if you're still not sure about that, that's fine. However, if you are...

1. I don't voice-act sexual/orgasm.
2. I voice females with medium(-high)/low voices
3. Note: I'm not extremely good at this as much as I am singing.

Also, for writing... since I don't know anything/very little about the characters, would I have to get to know them as I go along the story? Also, is this like a romance simulation visual novel? However, if you can, please join me in if you're still hiring! Because, although I'm not the best of the best, I'm dedicative and like to write stories, and also I do more time up my sleeve.
