Need help in creating otome game

Hello!

I have just joined so this is my first post! *nervous*

I'm currently creating a otome game and are looking for volunteers:
•Artists (for characters, backgrounds etc.)
•Programmer (I'm using Ren'py. Feel free to tell me if you prefer to use another software/engine)
•Musician (creating background music)
•Co-writers
•Web designer
•Anyone who thinks that they can help me!

Btw, you don't have to be a pro at any of this!!

I have worked for a otome company before for a while but have decided to make my own.

I have already created a couple of plots but I want to discuss which one suits everyone better and easier for them to work on.

I'm planning to work on this seriously so I won't be just publishing one game but many more. It's fine if you just want to work on one game.

I'm a student myself so I don't have a lot of money. (And buying all the other otome games are not helping...T_T) Once my exams are over in mid-June I will devote more time into this and get some crowdfunding. Until then, I'm afraid I can't pay you. The first game will be free but afterwards the players have to purchase the games.

But for these types of threads, you should be posting in the Recruitment subforum instead. Also important is that to post there, you should already have a plot or idea which project you want to work on. That way, at least the workload and aim for your team and whoever might be interested in helping will be clear.

Hi there!

I can try helping with background art. I'm no pro, but I can try!
I can also do coloring, so if you are able to get line art and not colored pieces, I can help fill in the color.

As for web designing, I have some experience in that, though I also think we could just post stuff in a blog. I actually have a blog with a large number of visitors who come through, so I could post updates and stuff on there, or I could open another page under my same username.

Locked until the opening post includes some information on the actual project, such as

- plot
- length (in words or play duration)
- number of characters, and at least SOME character descriptions
- number of art assets needed

And pretty much any other kind of information aside from "it's otome", which says nothing.
