(CLOSED) VN With College theme in need of Artist

Howdy folks, my name is Jack Ziolkowski and I am the boss hoss at Productions-Productions-Productions. We have been working on a visual novel for a few months now, and are now putting together a Kickstarter to get this bad boy off the ground. Unfortunately our artist has flaked out on us, and we are in need of a replacement.

The project is a VN that takes place in a university in the Midwest, and all the awkward romance that ensues. The project is going to have 3 Routes about 2-3 hours each, with no spectacular bells and whistles to the visual novel formula. The project's kickstarter should be getting released publicly in may, with the game hitting steam anywhere from August to November of this year (after the greenlighting process). CGs and Sprites will be your main work, possibly backgrounds as well although that is still up in the air. This is a full games worth of art, and you will be compensated accordingly.

For pay, to start out you will receive the lion's share of the actual kickstarted funds. This will be payed in an advance when the campaign is over and the rest overtime as work progresses. We are looking for about 5,000-8,000 from the kickstarter and I have every confidence we will reach our goal. Any stipulations or requests from your end are obviously up for grabs, let us know your situation and we will do our best to make it work.

Make no mistake, this is no pet project. We are businessmen and we are looking for serious talent to help us get this project live. I appreciate your interest and look forward to hearing from you.

What kind of art style are you actually looking for?
Could you give us example of it?

Also, what kind of story are you creating?
Such as whether the gender type is boys x girls, girls x girls, or boys x boys.
Or whatever which might help us see what kind of character composition would be needed to draw.

I am not too particular about the art style, we need something that sticks out from the crowd whilst also being recognizably a visual novel (Japanese inspired character sprites and all that.) We want to give our artist the room to put their own stamp on this project, although we can provide as much or as little direction in design as the artist is comfortable with, provided it fits the characters of course.
The story is going to be a slice of life, but a slice of actual life, not visual novelized life. We've got a male prote dating goyles, with no pornographic content (though suggestive content a plenty.)
I am more interested in what you can do then having you try to goosestep into my machinations. We need an artist, not just an illustrator.
