Other than having friends play the game and taking their feedback into consideration, I’ve worked on this project by myself for the past 5 years. Technically, I’d have the means to complete the game on my own, but because I want the game to go from good to great, I thought I’d ask for help!

Desired Qualities
Personality: funny, creative & easy-going (Working on this project should be fun, so I’d like the team to be so as well)
Skill Level: Intermediate-Advanced (I’m not looking for professionals because, quite frankly, I would be too intimidated to work with them)
Accounts: Skype, Line, KakaoTalk or Discord (for easier communication)

Positions
Character Sprite Artist: The game has 18 characters, so I’ll be needing 18 sprites with 10-15 expressions. (I’ve also been considering pose variations.) A cool/cute anime art style is what I’m looking for.
Chibi Artist: The text box is accompanied by a chibi head of the talking character, so again 18 illustrations would be needed.
CG Artist: I definitely need an illustration for the title screen. (I’m not sure about other CG art yet; could be anywhere between 0 and 30 illustrations.)
BG Artist: I would need 20-30 illustrations. Art style-wise I’m pretty open.
Programmer: Someone who could help me implement the GUI would be needed.
Writer(s): Should be able to brainstorm additional endings, develop character friendship routes, edit what’s already there and help me write it all down.
(Music Composer: This one is completely optional. Anything Vaporwave, Lo-Fi Hip Hop, Electro or similar to the OST’s of Shatter, Zero Escape, VA-11 HALL-A and Dangan Ronpa is good in my book.)

Payment
This will be a commercial project, so obviously you will be paid. I can’t pay you beforehand, but I’m willing to give you a percentage / fixed amount of the revenue (/ Kickstarter funds).

I'm super interested in this game!!! It reminds me of things like Battle Royale, Liar Game, Rabbit Doubt, and even Danganronpa.

It isn't, unfortunately. I'm merely a high school senior with no income at the moment. So any profit made with the game would be my only means of paying the team.
